Pavilion Square is our smallest development project in Barbados. It will comprise 24 apartments constructed in two terraces on the prestigious and highly sought-after West Coast of Barbados. The ground floor will comprise 12 two bedroom apartments offering approximately 1,000 sq ft of living space and small garden. The 12 upper floor two bedroom apartments will have the added feature of an open loft space which can be used as an extra bedroom or for general living. The 1st floor apartments will each offer a total of approximately 1,400sqft of living space. When completed the development will be a managed and gated development with landscaped gardens and a communal swimming pool. The buildings are designed to reflect the high quality aspirations of the purchasers and have a sought-after location with close proximity to Holetown, a few minutes walk from a superb West Coast beach, and will be designed to harmonise with the surrounding environment. Planning for the scheme was approved on 3rd April 2009. Construction is planned to commence Q2 2009, with completion of works anticipated for Q2 2010.
