Our business model follows a “cradle to grave” approach in that we are involved from the inception of a prospective project right through to the exit with Investors at the end.

Our primary current focus is upmarket residential development opportunities in Barbados which is a very well established and stable market in the Caribbean, yet provides an exciting set of dynamics and fundamentals. We diversified our portfolio to include a significant light industrial development project in Poland - the heart of 'New Europe'. Our expertise is primed to maximize investment opportunities to mutual advantage with our Investors.
